The purpose of this assignment is to provide a mechanism for reflection and integration of the conceptual frameworks covered in this course

Description:
The purpose of this assignment is to provide a mechanism for reflection and integration of the conceptual frameworks covered in this course, specifically the reading from the Evidence-Based Coaching book. Consider including observations, reflections, key points learned, and personal and professional shifts. The journal is NOT a summary of what you have read. It is NOT a book report, and you will be marked down if that is what you turn in. What does go in are your thoughts about the reading, what resonates with you, what you might use or not use, when
and how you would apply it, your critique of the reading, etc., and how you are developing internally as an executive coach.
Your journals must have at least two dated entries every week (8 entries in total for the four weeks), and each entry must be a minimum of one page, 12 font, and double-spaced. To earn an
A, you must demonstrate considerable reflection and integration of the materials. NB: Your grade will be based on the depth of reflection and direct links to course content and practice.
