1.President Biden’s Sec. of State Antony Blinken laid out a de facto National Security Strategy in his March 3, 2021 speech on foreign policy. In it he laid out 8 points of priority and principles that a Biden Administration foreign policy strategy will follow. Thinking back to our very first reflection post on the national security strategies of Bush, Obama and Trump, compare the “Biden strategy” with one past president. How does Biden’s foreign policy strategy build on or differ from a past strategy that you have already read? Give specific examples from both documents to back up your main points.
