Intro to Mental Health:

The primary goal of this lesson is to supplement previous instruction by providing a comprehensive understanding of mental illness. Students will learn about mental illness’s symptoms and indicators and some of its most common characteristics. Students will also look into how physical fitness can help to reduce the prevalence of mental disorders.
Improving mental and Emotional Health:
This lesson will expand on youth mental health to help students understand the connection between mental health and social and emotional awareness. In addition, students will take part in exercises designed to help them better understand how emotions affect mental health. Access Mental Health Help for Youths:
This session aims to make a social connection between the material presented this week and real-world problems. Students will be exposed to information that will enable them to apply what they have learned in class to their daily lives to prevent mental health problems. Improve Personal Well-being:
