Each of the athletes in assignment 1 and assignment 2 has multiple problems with their diet. Pick one of those problems and develop a handout, pamphlet, or brochure (professional educational tool) to tell that athlete and other athletes about the issue and how to correct it. Below I will indicate which problem I have picked from a previous assignment.
Jamar is a 19-year-old high school junior who has a chance of starting as a linebacker on the football team his senior year. He is 6′ tall and weighs 175 pounds. His coach has recommended that he gain 15 to 25 pounds over the next eight months, but not at the sacrifice of his speed and quickness.
Below is his current diet and what he is eating each day.
Breakfast
