Regarding Week 3 Module and the 1st Amendment’s right to free speech, please summarize each of the following tests used by the courts: Bad Tendency Test, Clear and Present Danger Test, and the Imminent Lawless Action Test.  Your answer must summarize each of the tests individually, and also analyze how they differ from each other. Your answer must also discuss the case from which each test derived. DO not simply summarize from the powerpoint slides.
