Please provide your assignment for your case analysis,:
Two-page detailed answer as your written report (using 1.5 spaces and 11.5-point font in writing the case analysis.
The two (2) pages do not include analysis and research, which should be included in the appendix of the report.), and Appendix (Please include your analysis and research in the appendix. Your appendix can be several pages. Be mindful that if you do not have strong analysis and research in your appendix, this will greatly impact your overall grade no matter how well you wrote the one-page answer.)

What is the main problem you are addressing?
What is your recommendation, and why do you believe it will work? (You should put in the paper referencing wherein the Appendix the reader can find the information when referring to the research or analysis)
How do you suggest we implement your recommendation?
How much do you believe it will cost to implement the recommendation?
How long does it take to break even
What problem is the company facing? Justify why the problem exists. [Given the company’s major problem (i.e., What decisions must be made? What choices must be faced?), use any of the below to help you come up with your justification or something else]

Appendix
How will all the companies in the industry lose or gain from the problem as they are currently positioned?
Who has endured this problem before?
How did they handle it?
How much did it cost them?
How long did it take them to implement the plan?
What issues are caused by the problem?
Appropriate analysis (e.g., SWOT, PESTLE, Porter’s 5 Forces, Competitive Analysis, Financial Analysis) – ONLY should come from the case
Research outside of an analysis
Any additional information supporting no more than two-page requirements number 3-5 (research to help you develop your recommendation) can be outside of the case. For example, you know of a company that has done something similar to your recommendation. You can use that company as a template to help you develop your recommendation)
