Elon Musk is a controversial figure but arguably one of the most influential leaders of our times. I selected him for the finals because, despite his flaws, he is a gamechanger, and I think his heart is in the right place. But leadership does have an element of subjectivity, so feel free to disagree, but explain why.
Use the FOUR “distinct” concepts (authentic leadership, transformational leadership, psychological empowerment theory of motivation, and growth mindset) which are most relevant in explaining Musk’s long-term success as an entrepreneur/leader. Please give specific examples from the readings to justify your choice of concepts. (6 points) (one paragraph for each concept)
