a)    Drawing from your knowledge and concept of benefit-cost analysis, and other related concepts in ECON 2260, discuss the potential impact of the implementation of the $170 carbon tax in Canada.
b)    As a policy analyst, what advice would you give to the government, considering the implications of the program as you have highlighted in (a) above?
