•    There will be one writing assignment. For this assignment, due on April 24, 2022 you will select a topic related to Human Growth and Development. This paper will be a minimum of 7 pages in length (double spaced, Times New Roman 12pt.), exclusive of the reference page. No title page is required and will not count towards page total if used.
•    At least three journal articles are required as source material. Wikipedia, since it can be edited by anyone, is not a valid source. Use the CFK library. If you do not know what a journal article is, please contact me.
•    If you are unsure whether or not your topic is appropriate, please email the instructor.
•    The paper should be written in APA style. See resource: APA style.
•    Papers must use proper in-text citation and a reference page.
•    All Journal articles referenced must contain a DOI number.
•    All submissions will be run through Turnitin software and otherwise checked for plagiarism.

•    Helpful hint: It is better, when looking for journal articles, to narrow your focus for the search criteria. Too broad of a subject will usually not return results. For instance, instead of searching for “embryo growth,” try using “embryo growth and alcohol use.”
•    Helpful hint: take a look at the body text in your textbook. You will see good examples of in-text citation.
•    APA style guides can be found with a Google search and one is provided as a resource.
•    In text citation example: There appears to be a stress-buffering mechanism inherent with hardiness (Stoppelbein, McRae, & Greening, 2017).
•    The final paper may be turned in as early as April 10, 2022.
