[SOLVED] A spiritual autobiography
A spiritual autobiography is a very personal endeavor. The assignment entails two aspects: a creative process and a written product; these go together and complement each other. Here are some general guidelines for both aspects (process and product).
First, through a process in-class and then individually on your own, you will complete all of Exercises 3.1 and half of 3.2 from your text. There will be six separate items for you to consider, and I have created a handout to identify these (posted on Canvas). Exercise 3.1 has five items and exercise 3.2 has one (first paragraph). You need to think about each item and respond to the question(s) posed in the text. You do not have to answer all questions, just the most relevant ones to you. The exercises look at your past, present, and future as well as your personal and professional identities. You want to look at your life through a spiritual lens, so focus on this aspect, not your entire life. You should stay within your comfort level of disclosure.
Second, you should reflect on the ideas that you identified in both your in-class discussion and subsequent individual exploration (perhaps initially expressed as just a few words) and develop these into a short paper numbered according to the six sections used in the handout.
