Please review current literature and discuss how demographic factors such as race,
class, gender, age, etc. impact the diagnosis and treatment of sleep disorders. The
paper must be able to connect the concept of Intersectionality to sleep
disorders/deprivation. Which population is affected by sleep disorders? What factors
lead to sleep deprivation? How do they intersect with their race/class/ethnicity/socio-
economic situation/gender/sexual orientation/color? For example, are there
differences in the diagnosis and treatment of sleep disorders for White children and
children of color? What about class, insurance status, or immigration status? How do
these identities interact? Each essay should be: A minimum of 1000 words
