The scope of this project is the development and construction a water supply system that will deliver potable water to several villages in a rural section of a third world country.
It is a humanitarian effort sanctioned by the United Nation. The project consists of four villages located just over 100 miles from the Goby River, which runs in an east to west direction, and is the only source of fresh water for 500 miles.
Village Abongo is located 100 miles north from the Goby at an elevation of 100 feet.
Village Begoby is located 120 miles north from the Goby at an elevation of 130 feet.
Village Cetongo is located 10 miles west of village B, at an elevation of 130 feet.
Village Duboby is located 10 miles East of village A, at an elevation of 100 feet.
Develop a full project management plan, outlining a schedule from initiation to completion.
The plan must reflect, a detail estimated cost to execute the project. Reflecting all the required resources needed. The project has a target start date of January 2, 2022, the schedule is a critical component of the effort, because the milestones will drive the United Nation coordination of timely communications with the country’s government. The area experiences occasional hurricanes at the start of the summer months.
