MyTopTutor offers a refund policy in case you are not 100% pleased with the quality of the order you receive. The policy is only in effect if you have already made a payment. Also, the money can only be sent back to the original source of the payment.
As a user, you can request a 100% refund if;
- You paid twice for the same order, or the money was withdrawn twice from your account. If an error occurs while making the payment, please contact support as soon as possible.
- If the writer you selected does not respond and confirm that he/she is working on the order. If the writer is unavailable, you can choose to assign the order to another writer or request a 100% refund.
- The writer fails to send the order on time. In such a case, it means that you were also late in submitting the paper causing avoidable penalties. If this happens, we will provide you with a 100% refund.
- If the final document is more than 50% plagiarized
As a user, you can request a 50% refund if;
- Less than half of the assigned time has passed and a writer has already started working on the assignment. In such a case, we need to compensate the writer.
- The writer provides unsatisfactory work and fails to provide a revision.
There are cases where the amount to be refunded will be calculated independently. These cases include;
- If the writer fails to provide a given part of a task, the amount to be refunded will be calculated accordingly.
- If the writer has already completed more than 50% of the order and the user cancels the order. In such a case, we have to compensate the writer accordingly.
As a user, you have 7 days to review the paper. The time starts immediately the writer submits the order. After the 7 days, we consider the order as approved.
If you do not find the submitted paper as satisfactory, feel free to demand a revision or request another writer. You can also dispute the order.
In case you dispute the order, we will review the dispute within 24 hours and respond accordingly. Following the review, you can receive 100% refund or a calculated refund of the initial payment. We can also suspend or part with the writer depending on the issue.
If the user does not provide the necessary information to support a claim of dispute with 7 days after filing the claim, the dispute will be annulled and no action will be taken.
After Marking the Order as Completed
One the user has marked the order as completed, there will be NO REFUND.
Clicking the completed button means that you are satisfied with the quality of the work and that you have no complains
