Please revisit the learning goals and action plan that you set at the beginning of the semester. In
2-3 pages, discuss the following:
• Reflect on your initial internship journey and point out your tangible HRD-related project
developed during the experience.
• Evaluate how well you achieved each of your original goals for this internship
experience.
• Discuss ways that you plan to improve your performance in future employment
opportunities.
• Describe and discuss the three most valuable aspects of your internship experience and
how those aspects will influence you in the future.
• Provide a summary of your planned/potential future endeavors.
