Freud and Jung

After reading the assigned pages from the textbook, all lectures, and watching the videos in Module 3

1. In 300-350 words, discuss the importance of the theories of Freud and Jung for the study of mythology. How do they differ?
2. Pick a painting on the Flood myth. Discuss/analyze what are motifemes in Flood Myths which you can find in paintings (Motifemes: A basic unit of the story, such as a character or a situation, used in the comparative analysis of myths)?  (write a 300-350-word post)

   Note:  Make a separate post for each question with 300-350 words.

   To receive full credit, your initial response must be 2-3 paragraphs or 300-350 words with two additional responses to two of your classmates consisting of 1-2 paragraphs or a minimum of 150 words. You must post one INITIAL response (BY THURSDAY AT MIDNIGHT) for EACH question and a minimum of two other substantive posts (BY SUNDAY AT MIDNIGHT) responding to two or more of your classmates.
