  • How do I fill in the order form?

Once you have created an account, click “New Order.” Fill in the order form accordingly. Make sure to fill all the fields, including the Order Title, Subject, Type of Paper, Academic Level, Language, Formatting Style, Pages, Sources, Deadline, Budget, Paper Instructions, and select any additional services that you may need. Do not forget to select any additional material that the writer will require to complete the order successfully. After the form is complete, submit the order, and you will be directed to the Payment Page.

  • How will I send the instructions, images, articles, books, videos, podcasts, or any file to the assigned writer?

Once you have created an order, you will be able to upload any file to the assigned writer. The system allows you to upload any file or zip and send it to the admin or writer.

  • Which formats do you use for custom essays?

We offer writing services structured according to APA, MLA, Havard, Chicago, Oscola, Oxford, Vancouver, and Turabian guidelines. While creating an order, you can choose which format you want the writer to use. You can also specify any additional format that you want the writer to follow. If the order does not require any format, headers, or reference and title pages, In case you do not need any heading, title page, or references, kindly specify in the instructions.

  • What happens if I forget my password.

If you forget your password, kindly click on “Forgot your password?” on the login page. You will receive an e-mail with instructions on what to do.

  • Is it free to create and submit an order on MyTopTutor?

Yes, you can fill an order form and submit it for review by all writers. You can also request a brief (about 100 words) introduction from writers in order to assess their writing abilities and select the best writer. You deposit the necessary money to your balance only when you are ready to assign a writer, and these funds are reserved for the order.

Creating and submitting an order for the writers to set their bids is completely free. You won’t be charged until you’ve chosen a writer and agreed on a pricing.

  • Is it possible to get a draft before assigning a writer?

Yes. Once a writer has paced a bid, you can request him/her to send a draft before you can pay for the order. You are free to select a writer based on their competencies.

  • Is it possible to request a specific writer to handle my order?

Yes. If you like the services that a given writer provides, you can request him via message to bid for your order. You can then assign the order to the writer.

  • Is the Website socially responsible?

Yes, MyTopTutor is socially responsible and observes general social ethics and doctrines. For this reason, we do not offer writing services for orders on controversial topics like abortion and gay marriage. Such orders are automatically canceled.

  • Do you handle online classes/tests/quizzes/ assignments?

Yes. We handle online classes, tests, quizzes, discussions, and responses or assignments. Any personal information that is shared with us is used with the utmost confidentiality. We believe in the confidentiality and privacy of any personal information that may be shared with us and ensure that it does not get into the wrong hands or compromise your own security.


  • When will you complete my order?

The date and time you will receive the order depend on the deadline that you select while filling the order form. The writer can send you the completed order before the deadline or on the deadline date and time. Lateness is strictly prohibited, and our writers understand the repercussions. However, you can renegotiate the deadline with the writer through chat if more time is necessary. Kindly note that if the deadline becomes shorter, please notify the writer or admin as soon as possible for better planning.

  • How will I get my paper once it is complete?

Once the writer has completed the order, he/she will upload it for you, and you will find it under “Completed Orders.” You will also be notified through e-mail that the order is complete.

  • What if I do not like the final paper? Can I request for revision?

Yes. Once you have reviewed the completed order, you can request the writer to revise the paper according to your specifications. Our writers are competent and are always ready to revise any order until the client is satisfied.

  • How can I modify my initial order requirements?

Once you have created a new order and writers have started placing their bids, you can still edit the order details. Click on “Edit Order” to change some details like the deadline, formatting style, number of pages, title, or subject. However, kindly note that changing these details may cause the writers’ bids to become outdated, requiring fresh bidding.

  • Can I add more requirements to the order after a writer has already started working on it?

Yes. You can communicate to the writer and the admin and request to add more details like the number of pages. In this case, create a new order and request the same writer to bid for the new order, which is an addition to the current order.

  • What services do you offer under rewriting, proofreading, and editing?

Under “Type of Paper,” you can request rewriting, proofreading, and editing services. These services are for the client who already has a draft and would like our writers to improve its contents. Uploading the draft is necessary since the writer will not write from scratch. Rewriting involves revising, editing, and proofreading the draft. Proofreading involves reading through the work and correcting any errors. Editing covers proofreading, changing some or all the contents of the draft, and reformatting the paper according to the specifications given.

  • What are Additional Services?

Additional services are services that you may require in addition to the normal services that are included in a new order. These services include requesting the services of a Top Writer, requesting a plagiarism report to be attached to the completed order, making the order to be a high priority order, attaching copies of the sources used, guaranteeing the deadline, and attaching a grammar report. You can choose the service(s) you desire, and the cost will be added to the total cost of the order.

  • How can I choose the best writer for my paper?

You can choose a quality writer for your paper in several ways. One is using the same writer who has previously delivered top-notch services. Second, you can review each writer’s ratings and assign the writer who has the best ratings. Third, you can go through the reviews for each writer and choose the best based on previous clients’ comments. You can also pay for the Top Writer additional services, and the admin will find the best writer for you.

  • How are the writers rated? How is it calculated?

After an order is completed, each client is given the opportunity to rate the writer. You can see the writer’s name, ratings, and client reviews and comments. All writers are given a five-point rating.
  • What is the meaning of a writer having a “warning”?

Each writer’s performance is under constant evaluation from the quality department to ensure the provision of only top-notch services to our esteemed clients. If there is an issue with a writer regarding lateness, plagiarism, poor communication with the client, or any concern raised by the client, the department investigates the issue and issues a warning depending on the outcome. From the warning, the writer is given a chance to improve his/her services failure to which the contract with the company is terminated if there is another warning within the following three months.

If you need proof that the submitted paper is 100% original, you can request for the additional service that offers a plagiarism report to be attached to the final file while you fill the order form. Nonetheless, our writers are experienced professionals, and they understand the consequences of submitting a paper with a high similarity index. If the final paper if plagiarized, please contact the responsible writer immediately for prompt revision and notify support.

  • Is this service confidential?

At MyTopTutor, we guarantee our customers 100% confidentiality as long as they do not share their personal information with the writer themselves. We have no control over the live chat communication you and your writer keep, but we guarantee that no personal information you submit to us when placing the order will ever be disclosed to the writer or any third party. As long as you do not disclose such information yourself, the writer will not know where you are located, your e-mail address, or even your name. Moreover, sharing such information between you and the writers is against our confidentiality policy. So, we strongly encourage you to keep your communication with writers within strict business limits.

  • Can I delete my account?

Yes, you can delete your account anytime. If you choose to delete your account, you will no longer be able to log in or restore your account. The Support Team will not be able to restore your account as well. If you want to use our service again, please create a new account.
